In which countries is NatDropp available?
We currently ship throughout the European Union.
What are the shipping costs?
The shipping cost will be calculated before completing your purchase with a minimum shipping fee of 5 euros.
Shipping is free on purchases over 45 euros.
How can I track my order?
Once the order has been shipped, you will receive a link with the tracking number.
What happens if my product arrives damaged or defective?
Please contact our team at info@natdropp.com immediately to process the replacement request including your order number.
I am not satisfied with the product, what return options do I have?
If you have received your order and are not satisfied with the quality of the product, you may request a return and refund within 15 days from the delivery date of the order. Please contact our team to process the return request including your order number and reason for the return. Contact: info@natdropp.com
How is the refund processed?
Once the return has been approved and processed by our team, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 to 15 business days.
