In which countries is natdropp available?
We currently ship to the entire European Union.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs will be calculated before completing your purchase, with a minimum shipping cost of 5 euros.
Shipping is free on purchases over 45 euros.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a link with the tracking number.
What happens if my product has arrived damaged or defective?

I'm not satisfied with the product, what return options do I have?
If you have received your order and are not satisfied with the quality of the product, the return and refund request period is 15 days from the date of delivery. Please contact our team to process the return request, including your order number and reason for return. Contact: info@natdropp.com
How is the refund made?
Once your return has been approved and processed by our team, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 to 15 business days.
